Knitting–Packing Capacity

Current capacity of approx. 165,000 pcs/month (7 GG & 12 GG), equivalent to around 1,980,000 pcs/year.

Production Floors

End‑to‑end floors covering winding, automatic knitting, linking, trimming, mending, washing, accessories attachment, ironing, sewing, finishing and packing with dedicated quality checkpoints.

Development & Sampling

Dedicated design, R&D and sampling studio capable of around 30 fit/PP/size‑set samples and 30 R&D samples per day, supporting programs from yarn/structure development to sealed samples.

Flexibility

Ability to handle both core repeat programs and fashion drops with shorter runs while maintaining efficiency.

Support Services

End-to-end support covering yarn sourcing, lab-dip & strike-off approvals, fit approvals, inline & final AQL inspections and logistics coordination.
